Jesus' heart is for children. So many times in the New Testament Jesus is blessing children, making them a priority, and setting a visible example of how we are to love and raise them up in His name. Our goal here at RiverView is to teach the children about the love of Jesus through many different means they can connect to: worship, video, art, lesson times, and simply by example.
The preschool and children's church classes come together for a period during both services and engage in interactive worship together. They then split up into their individual classrooms for teachings, activities, and snacks.
The nursery is always open to babies and their parents as
well. Parents can stay in the nursery with their child or can drop them
off to be held and played with by either Robin during 1st service or
Emily during the 2nd.
