WE start our Youth group at 7 pm, doors open at 6:50. We
have snacks and just hangout time before starting. We had more kids than we
have had the last couple of weeks, so the games lasted longer.
Our Pastor Robbie Talked to them about the parable of seeds
being thrown on different soils. For those who don’t know the story this is the
jest of it. Seeds were thrown on different soils, some on the walkway, within
the thorns, some within the rocks, and the last thrown into the good soil. The
seeds thrown on the walkway the birds got to eat them. The ones thrown in the
thorns became chocked up and couldn’t grow. The Seeds thrown among the rocks
could grow, but couldn’t last. And the final seeds that made it to the good
soil, grew into great crops.
The kids were very engaged and really took in what he was
saying.
