In order to make this event a success though, we need help. So, if you're interested, there are three ways to lend a hand.
1. DONATE EGGS & CANDY! If each child that came to the egg hunt left with 20 eggs and we had 250 kids, that's 5,000 eggs that we'd need stuffed with candy. We need A LOT of eggs and candy! We do have a few bags of candy and some plastic eggs, and we're so thankful for those of you that have given them, but we need more!!! We only have 2 more weeks to collect donations. A group of girls from Ignite Youth will be filling the eggs on March 25th. We have different ministries going on at the church every day of the week and so donations can be dropped off anytime. If the door is not unlocked, you can drop the donations off under the covered front porch and one of the leaders will pick them up and get them where they need to be.
2. PROMOTION! We want for this to be an awesome event where kids can come and hunt for eggs, meet the Easter Bunny, and have a blast. In order for this to happen though...they need to know about it.
~We have an event on Facebook where you can click "Going" and then click "Invite" and invite all your friends that have kids or friends that know people with kids (so everyone) in this area. You can also under that same "Invite" tab click "Share Event" and share the event to you wall on Facebook so everyone sees it!

~We have Flyers made up that you can pass out to friends, family, and neighbors. Or you can print and hang them at your school, work, local shopping area, pretty much anywhere (if you ask first)

3. WORK THE EVENT! We're anticipating a lot of kids and with a lot of kids, we'll need a lot of volunteers. We need people to help set up the egg hunt, greeters welcoming and directing families on where to go, people that would like to hand out church flyers and invite people to our Easter Sunday services, and we need a couple people that can take pictures during the event.
